We meet every Wednesday evening at the Rugby Club, Westfield Banks Sports Complex, Goole. 6.30 for 6.45 start. All abilities from the absolute beginner to a seasoned racer are catered for, simply turn up or send us an e-mail and someone will get back to you. 
              We have running groups to suit your needs.
