We meet every Wednesday at Goole Rugby Club/Tennis Centre (DN14 5PW). We aim to arrive from 6:30 to run from 6:45, catering for all abilities over a variety of distances. All over 16-year-olds are encouraged and welcomed. Changes to the regular training schedule will be communicated on our Facebook page and the News section of our website
We generally do most of our running round the streets of Goole. Typical distances on a club evening are 4 to 10 miles, at varying speeds. We also do track evenings, cross country running and trips to different venues.
